We’re a couple-founded skincare brand rendering grass-fed tallow balm by hand in Fletcher, North Carolina, and shipping it to Wilmington, North Carolina.
Every batch is rendered and jarred by hand in Fletcher, North Carolina, then shipped straight to Wilmington. The same small-batch balm reaches you across the Southeast. Wilmington is about 271 miles from our kitchen — orders typically arrive in 2–3 days.
Heat and humidity run most of the year here, and the AC that fights it quietly dries your skin back out. In Wilmington, that means you want something that absorbs rather than sits greasy — a little whipped tallow rebalances skin that swings between humid outside and bone-dry inside.
Grass-fed matters because a fat carries what the animal ate. Suet from grass-fed cattle renders cleaner and milder than grain-fed — it’s the difference you feel on skin.
You won’t find us on a shelf in Wilmington — every jar comes straight from our kitchen in Fletcher, North Carolina to your door. No middleman, no store markup. The first batch is rendering now, and the waitlist gets it first.

Between year-round humidity and drying AC, skin here swings a lot. A little whipped tallow absorbs rather than sitting greasy and helps rebalance the barrier. Patch-test first.
Tallow is rendered beef fat. Its fatty-acid profile — mostly oleic, stearic, and palmitic — is close to the oils skin makes on its own, so it absorbs rather than sitting on top. Grass-fed tallow also carries the fat-soluble vitamins A, D, E, and K.
Most lotions are mostly water, held together with emulsifiers and preserved to stay shelf-stable. A tallow balm skips the water entirely — just rendered grass-fed fat, whipped soft — so a little goes further and the ingredient list stays short.
Both use the same grass-fed tallow base. His is heavier and barely scented; Hers is whipped lighter and softened with a little honey.
Used right, no. Ours is whipped, and a pea-sized amount melts in and absorbs. If it feels greasy, that usually means you used too much — tallow is concentrated, so less is more.
