Tallow skincare in Houston, TX

We’re a couple-founded skincare brand rendering grass-fed tallow balm by hand in Fletcher, North Carolina, and shipping it to Houston, Texas.

Made in Fletcher, shipped to Houston

Every batch is rendered and jarred by hand in Fletcher, North Carolina, then shipped straight to Houston. The same small-batch balm reaches you across the Southwest. Houston is about 844 miles from our kitchen — orders typically arrive in 2–3 days.

What Houston’s weather asks of your skin

The Southwest is dry and bright — low humidity and strong sun pull moisture out of skin all day. In Houston, the job is holding water in, and tallow’s seal does that better than a light lotion that just evaporates. (It is not sun protection — pair it with a real SPF.)

Why grass-fed tallow

Rendered animal fat on skin isn’t a trend — people have used it for centuries because it simply works on the skin barrier. Tallow is the oldest answer to dry skin there is.

Where to buy tallow balm in Houston

You won’t find us on a shelf in Houston — every jar comes straight from our kitchen in Fletcher, North Carolina to your door. No middleman, no store markup. The first batch is rendering now, and the waitlist gets it first.

Tallow Skincare in Houston — FAQ

Where can I buy tallow balm in Houston?

Direct from our kitchen — we're online-only, no stores yet. Join the waitlist on the main site and your jar ships from Fletcher, North Carolina to Houston, Texas when the batch is ready.

Does Mr. & Mrs. Tallow ship to Houston, TX?

Yes. Houston is about 844 miles from our kitchen in Fletcher, North Carolina, and orders typically arrive in 2–3 days. We ship grass-fed tallow balm across the United States.

Is tallow good for skin in Houston?

Dry air and strong sun pull moisture out all day, so the job is holding water in — which tallow's seal does well. It is not sun protection, so pair it with SPF.

What is tallow skincare?

Tallow is rendered beef fat. Its fatty-acid profile — mostly oleic, stearic, and palmitic — is close to the oils skin makes on its own, so it absorbs rather than sitting on top. Grass-fed tallow also carries the fat-soluble vitamins A, D, E, and K.

What is the difference between a tallow balm and lotion?

Most lotions are mostly water, held together with emulsifiers and preserved to stay shelf-stable. A tallow balm skips the water entirely — just rendered grass-fed fat, whipped soft — so a little goes further and the ingredient list stays short.

What is the difference between the His and Hers tallow balm?

Both use the same grass-fed tallow base. His is heavier and barely scented; Hers is whipped lighter and softened with a little honey.

Does tallow balm feel greasy?

Used right, no. Ours is whipped, and a pea-sized amount melts in and absorbs. If it feels greasy, that usually means you used too much — tallow is concentrated, so less is more.
