Tallow skincare in Honolulu, HI

We’re a couple-founded skincare brand rendering grass-fed tallow balm by hand in Fletcher, North Carolina, and shipping it to Honolulu, Hawaii.

Made in Fletcher, shipped to Honolulu

Every batch is rendered and jarred by hand in Fletcher, North Carolina, then shipped straight to Honolulu. The same small-batch balm reaches you across Hawaii. Honolulu is about 4,578 miles from our kitchen — orders typically arrive in 4–5 days.

What Honolulu’s weather asks of your skin

Hawaii is warm, humid, and bright, with salt air and sun in the mix. Skin in Honolulu needs less heavy occlusion and more something light that absorbs and soothes sun-and-salt-worn skin. A small amount of whipped tallow does that without feeling greasy. (It is not sunscreen — wear SPF.)

Why grass-fed tallow

Skin recognizes tallow because it’s so much like sebum, the oil skin makes on its own. That’s why a little goes a long way, and why it suits dry, tight, or wind-worn skin.

Where to buy tallow balm in Honolulu

Direct from our kitchen — we're online-only, no stores yet. Join the waitlist on the main site and your jar ships from Fletcher, North Carolina to Honolulu, Hawaii when the batch is ready.

Does Mr. & Mrs. Tallow ship to Honolulu, HI?

Yes. Honolulu is about 4,578 miles from our kitchen in Fletcher, North Carolina, and orders typically arrive in 4–5 days. We ship grass-fed tallow balm across the United States.

Is tallow good for skin in Honolulu?

Warm, humid, salty, sunny air calls for something light that absorbs and soothes rather than heavy occlusion — a small amount of tallow does that. It is not sunscreen; wear SPF.

What is tallow skincare?

Tallow is rendered beef fat. Its fatty-acid profile — mostly oleic, stearic, and palmitic — is close to the oils skin makes on its own, so it absorbs rather than sitting on top. Grass-fed tallow also carries the fat-soluble vitamins A, D, E, and K.

What is the difference between a tallow balm and lotion?

Most lotions are mostly water, held together with emulsifiers and preserved to stay shelf-stable. A tallow balm skips the water entirely — just rendered grass-fed fat, whipped soft — so a little goes further and the ingredient list stays short.

What is the difference between the His and Hers tallow balm?

Both use the same grass-fed tallow base. His is heavier and barely scented; Hers is whipped lighter and softened with a little honey.

Does tallow balm feel greasy?

Used right, no. Ours is whipped, and a pea-sized amount melts in and absorbs. If it feels greasy, that usually means you used too much — tallow is concentrated, so less is more.
